CrownSaver is a cement-based coating designed to repair significant cracks and gaps in chimney crowns, creating a durable, waterproof barrier that protects against water intrusion. Engineered with a blend of polymer-modified hydraulic cements and powdered water repellent, CrownSaver offers a strong, long-lasting solution for restoring chimney crowns.

Easy Application Steps:

1. Prepare the Crown: For optimal results, cover the crown with Form Foil, a self-adhesive aluminum foil flashing (sold separately).
2. Mix the Product: Combine one scoop of CrownSaver (scoop included) with three scoops of fine mason’s sand and water.
3. Apply: Trowel the mixture over the crown to a thickness of approximately ½" (minimum ¼", maximum 2").
4. Seal the Flue Base: Apply a ½" bead of caulk at the base of each flue tile to allow for expansion.
