The Storm Collar for Ventinox Liner tightens to the liner with a locking band, and fits over the raised lip on the top plate. When installing, run a bead of silicone around the base for added water protection. Although this product comes included with the Rain Cap for Ventinox Liner, one will need to be ordered if you are using a different brand or type of rain cap.
