Anti-Creo-Soot (ACS) is an environmentally friendly, non-toxic liquid catalyst designed to modify and reduce dangerous creosote buildup. For best results, spray ACS daily into the firebox and on wood during low-fire conditions. The product works by converting creosote into a harmless ash, improving combustion and promoting cleaner burns. This makes ACS an essential tool for maintaining wood-burning appliances and pellet stoves, as it also reduces ash buildup and prevents clogging. While ACS enhances efficiency and safety, it should never replace regular chimney cleaning.
Daily application of ACS during the heating season improves the performance of wood or coal stoves, furnaces, boilers, fireplaces, and pellet stoves. Even a thin layer of carbon buildup (1/32”) can insulate like 2 inches of asbestos - ACS helps prevent this, ensuring better heat transfer and overall efficiency.
